The business plan for SnackBag company and its expansion into the foreign markets

Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro nově vznikající podnikatelský subjekt v oblasti zdravého a rychlého občerstvení za účelem posouzení reálnosti tohoto podnikatelského záměru. Součástí plánu je i volba vhodné formy expanze pro potenciální expanzi firmy na zahraniční trh. Za účelem vytvoření podnikatelského plánu bylo nejprve nutné sepsání uceleného teoretického celku základních aspektů podstatných pro podnikání malého a středního podniku. V návaznosti na tento obecný teoretický základ se práce blíže zaměřuje na podnikatelský plán, na zásady jeho zpracování, strukturu obsahu, jeho následnou realizaci a nejčastější chyby a problémy, se kterými se podnikatel může setkat. Teoretická část je zakončena formami expanze, které jsou vhodné pro malou firmu. Z tohoto teoretického základu vychází podnikatelský plán společnosti SnackBag, jehož součástí jsou výpočty finanční stránky celého projektu. Z výpočtů vyplynulo, že podnikatelský záměr je skutečně životaschopný. Závěrem byla provedena analýza výhod a nevýhod jednotlivých forem expanze na zahraniční trh, z čehož vyšla jako nejvhodnější forma expanze pro firmu SnackBag franšíza.The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for the newly established business subject in the health food industry and evaluate the viability of the plan. The plan also includes the choice of the appropriate form of potential expansion into the foreign market. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. To create this business plan, firstly it was necessary to write down the complex theoretical framework of the basic aspects which are crucial for small and medium businesses. Secondly, it was needed to sum up the general principles of creating a business plan, characterise its structure and mention the most common mistakes and problems that entrepreneurs may encounter. The theoretical part is concluded by a description of the appropriate forms of expansion for small and medium businesses. Based on this theoretical framework the business plan for the company SnackBag was created with the emphasis on the project´s financial calculation. The calculations confirm the business plan as viable. Analysis of the main advantages and disadvantages of particular forms of expansion to foreign markets concludes that the franchise was evaluated as the most suitable for SnackBag

Preparation of enzyme reactors for modification of IgG

Byly připraveny imobilizované enzymové reaktory, které byly použity pro fragmentaci IgG a pro modifikaci oligosacharidového řetězce IgG. Vzniklé glykoformy byly izolovány pomocí afinitní chromatografie na lektinech Concanavalin A, Bandeiraea simplicifolia I a Bandeiraea simplicifolia II.Dokončená práce s úspěšnou obhajobo

Cílem této práce je na základě analýzy energetické vybavenosti zemí nadrovníkové Afriky dokázat, že obnovitelné zdroje jsou pro Afriku cesta k energetické soběstačnosti a hlubšímu hospodářskému růstu. První kapitola charakterizuje obnovitelné zdroje a podmínky, které ovlivňují produkci z těchto zdrojů. Druhá kapitola se soustředí na současný stav a prognózu budoucího vývoje využívání obnovitelných zdrojů v zemích severní Afriky. Dále zkoumá cesty posílení produkce energie z obnovitelných zdrojů prostřednictvím spolupráce s vyspělými státy. Získané informace jsou aplikovány v případové studii DESERTEC, které je věnována kapitola třetí.The aim of this thesis is to prove by detailed analysis that renewable energy sources are the way forward to achieve self-suficiency and economic growth in Africa. The first chapter describes the renewable sources of energy and the conditions that influence their production. The second chapter focuses on the current situation and a prognosis of future development of the use of renewable sources of energy in Northern Africa. Further along the thesis examines the option to produce energy from renewable sources through cooperation with developed countries. The obtained information is applied to the case study of DESERTEC, which is the focus of chapter three
